Natalie Egan has extensive experience in business and in particular the financial services industry spanning more than 20 years.

Natalie has undertaken various roles during her career, resulting in a broad skill set.

Her experience includes being a Responsible Manager; independent Investment Committee member and Compliance Committee member.

Natalie has also established and managed two funds management businesses that offered various investment funds, including property, agriculture, equities and fixed income.

In this role she was responsible for the identification, development and management of new business opportunities in the financial services area; developing new investment funds; overseeing the sales and marketing, administration and all other operational / compliance aspects of the funds management business.

Natalie has also been responsible for developing and managing various marketing strategies, business development opportunities, and research and technical services to support various products, asset classes and businesses.

She has been involved in (and driven) many capital raisings and a number of mergers and acquisitions.

Over the past 5 years, Natalie has provided independent business consulting services and acted as a business mentor and advisor to a number of entrepreneurial businesses in Perth.

Natalie is a Director of 4 companies and holds a Diploma of Financial Planning (Deakin) and Diploma of Financial Markets (FINSIA).
