Ryan Maxwell embodies the term “serial entrepreneur.” He has owned several privately held companies, from small retail outlets to multi-million dollar real estate ventures and across varied industries including oil & gas, water, business development, and real estate. Through the growth of his companies, Ryan has been fortunate to develop business relations across North America, Europe and into the Middle East. He has raised significant capital from Europe and the Middle East for North American projects and maintains close relations to these investment partners today.

Although he carries his Canadian Securities Course, he prides his learning more from his past experiences and is proud to have gained a considerable understanding of capital raising, corporate and real estate acquisitions, and ongoing investor relations. Ryan’s experiences have allowed him the opportunity to sit on several corporate and private Boards and have afforded him the opportunity to speak at several business engagements including universities, colleges and business seminars.

Ryan also has strong political relations and volunteers his time at both the provincial and federal party level. He previously sat as the VP of Youth for a provincial Member of the Legislative Assembly and is currently the campaign manager for a federal Member of Parliament candidate.

Although Ryan has been able to successfully build and manage several businesses, his experiences have taught him the necessity of surrounding oneself with competent and complimentary business relationships and strongly encourages and believes in building “power teams” to ensure profitability for all those who partake.

He is married to Kelly and has two children.
